Just a quick note to let you know that both Albatross and America docked safely at Longboat Key, and both look great. Thank you so much for your kind attention to all this. The model boats Albatross model boat is a lovely little ship, although she does look a little lost in our apartment. With the benefit of hindsight I probably should have got the full sized ship model of the USS Constitution, but I was a little apprehensive about the size. Anyway, I’ll save that for another day. I have to say I was stunned when I saw it, not only by the size but the quality! HMS Bellona model ship arrived unscathed apart from two loose cannon on deck which was quickly put right. She is now at her new permanent berth at High Prairie Farm overlooking the Missouri River. The quality of workmanship and customer service have been of the highest standard, my compliments.

after a long voyage with all sails set the 72 gun 3rd rate ship vanguard cruised down thro the meditearrean and hoved to in the bay of torrevieja…and dropped ancors. It was delivered safely by DHL and all is well.
