Princess Cruises is kicking off an exciting new chapter for its Southeast Asia season with the Diamond Princess now homeporting in Singapore. Starting from 7 December, the 2,670-guest Diamond Princess embarked on a thrilling 16-day Scenic Cruise, covering destinations like Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Penang, Phuket, Nha Trang, and two unforgettable days in Halong Bay.
With festive cruises lined up until February 2026, guests will get the chance to celebrate Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and even Valentine’s Day aboard the ship. The Diamond Princess will visit 10 exotic destinations in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, including a special stop in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, where guests can explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Angkor Wat.
An Exclusive Experience Onboard
The Diamond Princess offers a luxurious experience at sea, including the largest Japanese bath complex at sea, spanning 820 square meters. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor hot tubs with breathtaking ocean views—making it the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring these vibrant cities.
What’s Coming Up in 2026 and Beyond?
- Crown Princess in Singapore: Having completed a dry dock in late November, Crown Princess will make its first visit to Singapore this season. The ship will be part of the 2025/26 Australian season, starting on 19 December, with a special overnight stop in Singapore in May 2026.
- Royal Princess Southeast Asia Debut: On 16 October 2026, Royal Princess will make its Southeast Asia debut, sailing a nine-night round-trip from Singapore with stops in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ko Samui. Following this, she will embark on a 13-night Southeast Asia cruise from Singapore on 10 November 2026.
- New Japan-Based Season: For the first time ever, both Sapphire Princess and Diamond Princess will be based in Japan starting in 2027, following a successful twin-Singapore season in late 2026 and early 2027.
