The Seguin was built in Bath, Maine in 1884 and spent her first years towing wooden sailing vessels in the Kennebec River.  She also towed cargo barges of lumber, ice, and coal along the Atlantic coast from Maine to Virginia.  She had a very long life from becoming a New York harbor tug in the early 1900’s, returning to Maine and finally retiring in 1967.

Designed for expert modelers, this plank on bulkhead kit is adaptable to steam or electric power radio control.  The kit includes many laser cut parts, including the complex paneling of the deckhouse.  It is complete with all fittings, rigging line and other materials even the traditional rooster on the deckhouse.
